#1

Sanford Lincoln

A third-generation Southbridge resident with degrees in Computer Science and a career spanning engineering, startups, and venture capital. Sanford serves on the Buildings and Security Committees and brings hands-on experience evaluating vendors, managing budgets, and building teams.

His focus: cost containment, smart process improvements, vendor accountability, and a board that works together productively. Southbridge is his home — he wants it well-run, affordable, and transparent.

#2

Benjamin Azaraev

A former SBT board member (2009–2015) with decades of experience in technology leadership and small business ownership. Benjamin brings expertise in contract negotiations, vendor selection, staff management, and financial oversight.

He's committed to a board that treats residents with professional courtesy, explores every option to avoid extreme maintenance increases, and works only with fully vetted vendors to protect shareholders' investments.

#3

Steven Lin, CPA

A certified public accountant and current board member, Steven is the Director of Revenue at NYC's Department of Citywide Administrative Services, overseeing 400+ commercial real estate accounts across five boroughs. He brings 7 years of audit experience and deep expertise in finance and lease negotiations.

On the board, Steven has already delivered results — writing off old receivables, reclassifying financials for accuracy, leading disaster preparedness efforts, and collaborating on key projects including the new property manager, in-house security, and the hallway renovation.
